Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for any reason. Product must be sellable and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse you for the originals shipping charges.
Include a copy of your order including credit card number and expiration date so we can correctly credit your account. If no order copy is available, make sure you include your complete name, address and phone so we can search our database to find your original order for you.
Send your return to us using your choice of shipping methods. We recommend UPS or Insured US mail for safer delivery.
Note!! If your item is damaged in the shipping process, please be certain to note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing for the package. This will insure you receive proper credit or replacement merchandise by the carrier.
